The RDA is seeking funding from the SA Government for the 2017-18 to conduct the successful Youth2Work project to ensure our local employers in the Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu (including McLaren Vale area) have access to a skilled workforce.

Through this project young people aged 17 – 24 years, will undertake training to meet the skills needs of participating employers. This includes upskilling of existing under-employed young workers.

We are seeking local employers who would consider supporting our young people while obtaining trained people to fulfil their workforce requirements in the 2017-18 financial year.

This project will work across multiple industries with access to free training in tickets, licenses and accredited skill sets (see attached form) at no cost to the employer.

To access this future program and provide details of your organisations employment and skill needs please complete the attached/linked form. You can type straight into the form and once filled out, simply email to dilirinip(at)rdahc.com.au The RDA will then contact you for further details once the project is approved.

Please note: This is an expression of interest only and that negotiations will be opened later subject to funding being secured. It does not construe an agreement by either partly.
