Workshop inspires business process improvements

A Customer Service Excellence Workshop was held at the Yankalilla Council chambers  for up to 40 local business owners,  their staff & jobseekers.

Emphasizing that a customer service experience can change the entire perception a customer has of your business, the workshop was delivered by Adelaide University’s PEC (Professional Continuing Education arm)  & trainer Catherine Logue.  Presenting  an opportunity to grow their businesses the workshop was held in response to a Think Tank initiated by Yankalilla Council’s CEO Adrian Skull. It was coordinated by Regional Development Australia’s Small Business Advisor under the Federal Government’s Small Business Advisory Services Program and supported by the Federal Department of Employment & the  Skills for All in Regions funding. Yankalilla Council made available the Council Chambers for the training session.  All participants upon completion of the workshop received a certificate from the University of Adelaide.
